Winchel Heating and Air Conditioning has served residents in the hottest southern states for two decades. Recent rapid growth necessitated hiring more technicians to respond to customers' needs more quickly.
To offset the increase in overhead, Winchel increased service offerings to keep technicians busy year round. Since more of their business focused on keeping customers cool in the summer, Winchel upgraded their winter service checkup program and added regular radon and carbon monoxide testing.
